Ordering Information
When you order from us, you will receive two emails. The first confirms that we have received your order. The second will be your notification that your order has shipped via U.S. Postal, and will be generated by the Postal Service, Click-N-Ship(R).
We accept payment via credit card & bank payments through PayPal to Bermudatriangle@bellsouth.net. We do not accept cash, checks or Money Orders.
Shipping
Shipping costs are based on your total order value. Please see the shipping schedule.
U.S. Addresses
We ship via U.S Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you require faster delivery, please request Express Mail shipping, which is available at additional (actual) cost. Please request this service on your order in the Comments field.
Shipments originate in Palm Beach County, FL. Shipping notice is sent by Click-N-Ship(R) Notification, courtesy of USPS.com, upon shipment of your order.
Estimated Shipping Time
USPS takes 2 - 3 business days from shipping date. This is not a guaranteed service. For more information, visit http://www.usps.com. Priority & Express Mail takes 1 - 3 business days from shipping date. Please request Express Mail in the Comments section of the Shopping Cart. We will adjust charges accordingly. This is a guaranteed. service.
Usually, orders are processed on the day of, or the day after the order is placed.
International Addresses
For International Orders, we will adjust the shipping charges to reflect the actual shipping costs incurred. Payment via PayPal to BermudaTriangle@bellsouth.net. We will notify you by email of additional shipping charge amounts to be transferred.
Cancelling or Changing Orders
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email BermudaTriangle@bellsouth.net as soon as possible with your request. Please include your Order ID #. If, after you place an order, you note a mistake and submit a second order with the corrected information, please include a notice in the Comments section of the second order instructing us to cancel the previous order. If no such notice is made, we will fill both orders as placed.
Out-of-Stock Policy
For items out-of-stock at time of order, we will adjust your total and ship the available items to you immediately. We do not backorder/ship out-of-stock items.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
To obtain authorization/shipping instructions for your exchange or return, please contact us at us at BermudaTriangle@bellsouth.net with a subject of "Returns and Exchanges".We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from ship date, and ONLY from the original purchaser. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we made an error in filling the order.
ALL RETURNS must be in good and merchantable condition.
Returns received outside of this return policy may be sent back to purchaser at their expense.
